Welcome to the 2009 5K Walk/Run for Health website. From here you can join us in helping those most in need. You can join as an individual, create a team, or choose to join a team.
The registration "fee" is $10 for Youth ages 5-17 or $20 for Adults ages 18 and up. To get a t-shirt and certificate for participating, you need to donate or raise that amount in pledges. Don't stop at that though. Every dollar raised helps us help others in need.
